We want you to love your UNIQTRUE jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return Email us at linchristian158@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will provide instructions. Please do not send any items back before contacting us.

Return shipping For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
